1. Information We Collect

NovaStream collects minimal data required to operate the activation system. This includes your device MAC address (used solely for license activation) and email address (if provided during checkout, handled by Stripe).

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect or store your playlist URLs or Xtream credentials.
• We do not collect viewing history or channel data.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Stripe Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe Inc. NovaStream does not store credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

4. Local Storage

Playlist data, credentials, and settings are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

5. Analytics

We may collect anonymous app crash reports to improve stability. These do not include any personal or content-related data.

Player Application Only

NovaStream is strictly a media player application. We do not host, store, distribute, or provide access to any streaming content, channels, videos, or broadcasts of any kind.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to access using the NovaStream application. We strongly encourage users to only access legally licensed content from authorized providers.

No Content on Our Servers

NovaStream's servers do not contain any third-party copyrighted content. We cannot and do not control what content users access through third-party playlists and streams.

DMCA Notices

If you believe copyrighted content is being accessed through our application, DMCA takedown notices must be directed to the actual content host or playlist provider — not to NovaStream. We are unable to process DMCA requests for content we do not host.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the NovaStream application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License Grant

NovaStream grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on devices associated with your activated MAC address.

3. Permitted Use

• You may use NovaStream only with content you have a legal right to access.
• You may not use the app to access pirated, unlicensed, or illegally distributed content.
• You may not share, resell, or distribute your activation license.

4. No Content Provided

NovaStream is a player application only. We do not provide, sell, or distribute any IPTV subscriptions, channel lists, or streaming content. Users must bring their own legally obtained playlists.

5. Activation & Payments

Subscriptions are billed per the selected plan. Refunds are not available after device activation. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate refunds for partial periods.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to deactivate any MAC address found to be in violation of these Terms, including use with unlicensed content, fraudulent payment, or license sharing.

7. Limitation of Liability

NovaStream is provided "as is." We are not liable for any content accessed through the player or for service interruptions beyond our control.
