We may use session cookies to keep you logged in to the control panel. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

4. Data Storage

Activation records are stored securely on our servers. We retain this data for the duration of your license and up to 12 months after expiry for support purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) to handle transactions. We do not store your credit card or billing details. Please review their respective privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or activating a device with NovaPlayer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

NovaPlayer provides a media player application and a device activation service. We do not provide, sell, host, or distribute any streaming content, channels, or IPTV subscriptions. The application functions solely as a player for content you independently source.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you access using NovaPlayer. You agree not to use the application to access, stream, or distribute content that infringes on any intellectual property rights, violates any applicable laws, or breaches any third-party terms of service.

4. License

Upon payment, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the NovaPlayer application on the registered device for the duration of your plan (Annual or Lifetime). This license may not be resold or transferred.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse-engineer, modify, resell, or redistribute the NovaPlayer application. You may not use the service to activate devices on behalf of others for commercial resale without our written consent.

6. Refund Policy

All activations are final once applied to a device. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unresolved technical failures within 48 hours of purchase.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

NovaPlayer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our Position

NovaPlayer is a media player application only. We do not host, store, transmit, index, or provide access to any copyrighted content. We are not an Internet Service Provider, streaming platform, or content distributor.

Content Responsibility

All content accessed through the NovaPlayer application is loaded directly from URLs and playlists provided by the end user. We have no knowledge of, control over, or relationship with those content sources.

DMCA Takedown Requests

If you believe that copyrighted material is being made available through content sources accessed by NovaPlayer users, please direct your DMCA takedown notice to the actual host or provider of that content — not to NovaPlayer.

NovaPlayer is analogous to a web browser or VLC media player. Filing a DMCA claim against NovaPlayer for content we do not host would be equivalent to filing against the browser itself.

If You Believe We Host Infringing Content

If you have specific reason to believe NovaPlayer's own servers host infringing material, you may submit a written notice to us containing:

• Your contact information and signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• The specific URL on our servers (not a third-party URL) where the material appears
• A statement of good faith belief and accuracy
